Our Registration Process

Booking your English course with Jersey Language Adventure. David and Lady your one and only point of contact.

We have worked hard to make our website clear and easy to navigate, and hopefully you’ll find the answers to most, if not all of your questions on our website.

When you get in touch by email or telephone, we’ll send you a summary of the service we offer by email. This outlines all the important information for you to be able to make a decision about your language stay with Jersey Language Adventure. You’ll receive the registration form, some documents about the camp and also our mission statement. You’ll also receive details about how to pay a deposit for your stay.

What we need from you:

When you decide to book, we’ll ask you for the following:

1) The completed registration form. Please write carefully and  sign page three of this form.

2) Payment of a deposit by bank transfer. Our account is in Pounds so we advise you to check carefully with your bank before sending payment. It is normally better to send payment in Pounds and to agree the fees with your bank up front. We recommend Revolut or Wise to avoid bank fees. Many of our clients now send payment this way.

3) We’ll need your child’s passport number if your child is travelling from St Malo with our chaperone service.

What happens next?

When we have received the registration form and your deposit, your stay with Jersey Language Adventure is ‘booked’

We’ll then send you some more information by email.

You’ll receive confirmation of payment, a welcome letter, a list of things to bring to Jersey, our mobile phone policy, and instructions about how to meet us before departure if your child is travelling from St Malo with our chaperone service.

You’ll receive boat times and meeting times and locations and all the necessary information  to make your journey to Jersey run as smoothly as possible.  Your child will need some important documents to travel to Jersey. These are a passport, a copy of a parent’s passport or I.D card, and the signed ‘sortie du territoire’ if your child is travelling from France. During the weeks or months before departure day, we’ll send you reminders about departure times and the necessary documents to travel.

As departure day approaches, please check your email for updates, We’ll email you with last minute reminders and any important information.

Let the adventure begin!

See you soon.

David and Lady
